3 Develop a repair process

3. 1 Processing mold

Considering that the bearing selected for the bearing seat is a 7522 bearing, the width of the worn bearing groove is about 50 mm. Accordingly, we can process two molds as shown in Figure 1 for backup.

3. 2 Surface treatment of repaired parts

Use a portable grinder to grind the worn part of the bearing seat into a 1.5mm mesh groove to strengthen the full bonding and welding of the repair agent and the reducer housing. At the same time, it must be noted that the mesh groove should not damage the unworn parts on both sides of the groove used for positioning.

3. 3 Bearing seat surface work

Use a clean brush to clean away the oil dirt and residue on the surface of the bearing seat, and then use Kesaixin Tianshan 1755 high-efficiency special cleaning agent to carefully clean the parts where Kesaixin adhesive is used.

3. 4 Clean the mold and spray 1731 release agent

In order to ensure that the mold can form a uniform film, have a smooth surface, and be easily demolded after use, the mold must be cleaned with a brush before use, and then cleaned with 1755 high-efficiency cleaning agent. After drying, the mold can be evenly sprayed with 1731 metal release agent. surface. Note that the nozzle must be 300~400 mm away from the mold surface. After spraying the release agent, let it sit for 3~5 minutes before use.

3. 5 Prepare the repair agent and apply it to the polished and cleaned area to be repaired. When preparing the repair agent, you must pay attention to the clean environment. The volume mixing ratio of the base material and the curing agent should be 4 1. After the mixture is evenly mixed, at the ambient temperature When the time is around 15, the coating of the area to be repaired should be completed within 45 minutes. Place the two molds on the left and right lower bearing seats respectively, fasten the upper box body, and tighten the fastening bolts according to assembly requirements. Note that the mold cannot be offset. Both ends of the mold should avoid grooves and be placed on an unworn base surface.

3.7 Curing and inspection

Tighten the tightening bolts and let it sit for 48 hours (ambient temperature 15). Disassemble the bolts, remove the mold, trim the corners with a file knife and emery cloth, and check the size and surface quality of the repaired shaft hole.


4 Bearing seat repair implementation and conclusion

On May 21, 2003, we used Tianshan Kesai's new TS2311 anti-friction patching agent to implement the above repair plan on the bearing seat hole of the mine 1# reducer. During the disassembly and inspection on May 26, 2003, we found that the bearing seat hole had reached the original design. According to the dimensional requirements, except for one cavitation hole defect of about 12mm2 (estimated to be caused by the entry of air bubbles when the mold is pressed), the rest of the repaired surfaces are smooth and clean, fully meeting the bearing assembly requirements here. We used the 1680 cylindrical parts retaining agent produced by Beijing Tianshan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. to partially repair the air pocket defects, and the repair effect was good.

In short, the wear repair technology of the reducer bearing seat hole provided in this article is simple and effective. It can shorten the maintenance time, effectively reduce the maintenance cost, improve the safety of maintenance, and ensure the quality of maintenance. The repaired reducer has been running for 750 hours so far. The reducer runs smoothly, without noise, heat, or oil leakage, which has won time and benefits for normal production.
